Terms of Service
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These terms govern your use of Uploop. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Uploop. Questions: lbatkova30@gmail.com.
The service
Uploop generates short vertical videos with AI (scripts, images, voiceovers and captions), cuts clips from long videos, and can publish videos to YouTube, TikTok and Instagram accounts you connect. Features may change over time.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate account information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
Plans, credits and payments
- Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing page.
- Each plan includes monthly credits. Videos and clips use credits as shown before you create them. Unused credits do not roll over and have no cash value.
- If a video fails to generate, its credits are returned automatically.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices may change with notice before your next billing period.
Your content and rights
- You keep the rights to what you provide. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you (for example to generate, store and publish your videos).
- Subject to these terms and the terms of the AI providers we use, you may use the videos you create in Uploop for any lawful purpose, including commercially.
- Clipping: you may only upload or link videos that you own or have permission to clip and republish. You are responsible for that permission.
- AI-generated content can contain mistakes. Review videos before relying on them; you are responsible for what you publish.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Uploop to create or publish content that:
- infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or promotes violence;
- impersonates real people or deliberately misleads, including fake news or scams;
- breaks the rules of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or any platform you publish to (including spam rules).
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Connected platforms
When you connect a social account, you authorize Uploop to publish the videos you schedule there. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for platform decisions such as video removal, reach or monetization. You can disconnect an account at any time.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Uploop running well, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, views or followers). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Uploop and delete your account at any time (see the data deletion page). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and notify you of significant changes. Using the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
